Yes, it is shocking Mr. Noriega, who is a legal Mexican immigrant, has been living in America for more than fifty years.  He has now been held in federal prison for eleven months while being deprived of the most basic human and civil rights!  For all practical purposes, he might as well have been held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with the Muslim terrorist.

What's shocking is that he is being held right here in California where there has been a de facto suspension of all of his civil and constitutional rights. He has been deprived of an attorney to enforce his rights! He has been held without bail. His access to the court has been obstructed.

He has been denied a speedy trial, witnesses have died or have disappeared and evidence has been lost. The U.S. government suppresses and withholds evidence of their illegal acts which will prove his innocence.

He has been subjected to a star chamber preceding, where instead of being innocent until proven guilty. You are guilty unless the government allows you to prove your innocence.

In fact what has happened to him is only supposed to happen in countries like Nazi Germany, Communist Russia/China, or some other evil country. However, it is happening right under our noses here in America.

The U.S. government is suppressing all of his rights for the same reason that despotic governments do. First because they have the power to do so. Second to cover up their evil deeds, from the view of the people. Third because the government has comprised the profession the founders trusted to protect our rights which were non government licensed lawyers.

The first act in this current conspiracy started with the theft of thousands of dollars from Mr. Noriega, Ninety-year-old immigrant mother's savings by U.S. government agents, acting like Nazi, Gestapo storm troopers.

They stole her food, medicine, her transportation money and personal property. They resolutely refused to return her money or tell her where to go to get it back.  These acts broke her heart and caused her to live her remaining years in fear of another terrorist attack by agents of the U.S. government.

Mr. Noriega was arrested and is being held in prison to retaliate against him for filing formal complaints. Exposing these agents, evil acts with government agencies up to and including the president of the United States. For all practicable purposes he might as well be held in some totalitarian country.

In fact the growing body of concealed and suppress evidence indicates that he might in fact be. As there is mounting evidence in our records, that his case is not an isolated one but part of a greater evil and the willful betrayal of the governing rules of our nation.

While the wanton violation of these rules has been in large part suppressed, covered up and hidden from the people by acts and omission in this cover-up by the U.S. government their agents and lawyers. The wanton violating of the civil and constitutional rights of Mr. Noriega, represents a clear and present danger to the lives, liberty, and property of everyone in America.

It is also now happing here as it did in Pre World War II Germany. "In Germany they came first for the Communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. They came for the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time, no one was left to speak up."  ~ Rev. Martin Niemoller (1892-1984)

The shocking facts are that without our help Mr. Noriega would have no rights at all. By now he would have been railroaded through some sham legal proceeding and buried in a U.S. government dungeons.

Yet another victim of the corrupting of our legal system. Which is beginning to make Mexico’s legal system look righteous by comparison. However, he has preserved the outrageous violations of his rights in the courts own files.

We have just received shocking new evidence that the trial judge has committing further and greater acts in violation of his rights. Further depriving him of assistance of counsel, any meaningful defense, due process or equal protection of law. Which was done we believe, in and effort to aid the U.S. Attorney obtain an illegal conviction. This shocking report will be exposed in our next news letter.

Now they have already came for Mr. Noriega. Other than Americas Freedom Foundation no one has come to his aid. Will they next come for you your children or love ones. I’ll get right to the point! AFF is now involved in the most important fight of our lifetime. The defense of our liberty from the corruption of our government, courts, legal establishment powerful corporate interest and by our government’s licensed lawyers. It is our intention to see that justice for all is restored in our country and courts. To give you early warning of the threats to your, lives, liberty and property. As well as provide you with the information that you need to protect yourself and your loved ones.

From these dangerous super predators, legal terrorists, who are lurking everywhere seeking whom they can attack next including you no matter how safe you feel you maybe. We need your urgent help.

For the enemies of freedom are many, well-funded and supported by powerful interest groups, who hate freedom and liberty. Our support must come from you. These are very dangerous well funded predators, who are forging changes of slavery for this entire nation.

They are using our courts, legal systems, government agencies. To destroy our most basic fundamental freedoms, create a climate of fear and destroy whoever they can, as well as the foundations of our nation.

The founding fathers warned us that the agents of Satan do not at first appear looking like the evil one. No they transform themselves into Angeles of light. Claiming we are hear to help, protect and serve you. While giving lip service to the law they are plotting your destruction. Will you or your loved ones be their next victim.
