1. Disbar the Bar: The various state bar associations in this country have created an unconstitutional monopoly in the practice of law, having created this monopoly they have conspired to bar the court house door to we the people unless we pay their lawyers outrageously large sums of money and even when we do pay there is no guarantee they will protect our rights. This monopoly on the practice of law has made, all lawyers whether they like it or not organs of the state, officers of the court, members a racketeering enterprise that buys and trades in the bodies and souls of their fellow human beings. It has abandoned the constitution’s commands for justice. Where most proceeding for we the people in court are a worthless charade with predetermined verdicts, and whenever a lawyer takes their duty seriously and begins to protect their client’s rights they are punished by the legal establishment with financial, sanctions or loss of their state bar license to practice law and their ability to earn a living. This Monopoly of lawyers is causing far more damage to our nation than the Tobacco industry, and have a far greater monopoly than does Microsoft. The shocking facts are that these state bar licensed lawyers have created what amounts to a legal mafia. Who in their various positions, are plundering, pillaging, and looting our nation, our business and us personally. They are destroying the rule of law replacing it with the rule of their lies, while protecting each other from being exposed or punished for their betrayal. The very existence of this monopoly is a clear and present danger to the lives’ liberty and property of all in America and a dagger pointed at the heart of our republic and our liberties. None of the founding fathers were state bar licensed lawyers nor was Abraham Lincoln this artificial creation did not accrue until the mid part of the 1900, and is a willful violation of the founders intent in the original 13th amendment. This outlawed the establishment of this self-made class of nobility and made as one of its penalties the loss of American citizenship it is our intention to restore our right to have independent counselors of law who are free too whole heartily protect the interest of their clients and our rights. No More Lawyers as Judges: The exclusive appointment of lawyers as judges in most of our courts has incurably corrupted and polluted our Temples of justice (courts) have undermined the rule of law, which has resulted in the fixing of our system of justice which is so corrupted that if justice does accrue it is by accident and no decision they reach can be trusted to be just or fair. Our very liberty depends on our purifying our temples of justice and establishing an independent judiciary composed of men an women of the highest integrity, who have been trained in our heritage and who believe in the rule of law, the traditions of our great nation, the constitutional commands and justice for all. To accomplish this we intend to encourage legislation that requires the Immediate removal from office all judges who through willful acts or admissions obstruct justice or conspire to do so, who abuse their trust, allow the weak an defenseless to be deprived of their rights in their court rooms, or who allow, any defendant in a criminal trial to be deprived of any of their defenses or who allow the innocent to be punished or imprisoned. Stop The Framing of people : AFF plans to encourage legislation that will require anyone who plants any evidence on any individual or file’s false charges or conspires to manufacture a case against anyone, to be prosecuted and if convicted be given the same sentence that their victim received or would have received had they been convicted. Protect Our Religious Heritage: AFF intends to file law suits and take other necessary legal action to prevent individuals and organizations from undermining our religious heritage, as established by the founders of this nation who’s unconstitutional attacks have already caused our nation incurable harm. Restore the Freedom of education in America: The educational establishment has embraced a philosophy in education different from that of the founders of America and have been trying to establish a monopoly on education through their powerful teacher’s unions, & private accreditation associations. They are the reason why Johnny and Jane cannot read and who are causing the willful dumbing of America, we will seek legal action to restore freedom of education in America, and forbid any additional discrimination and restraint of trade against educational institutions who do not want to be a part of their un-American educational system, and accreditation associations. UNBAR The Court House Door: The Legal establishment has sought to make the legal process so complicated, that it is difficult for even professional lawyers to navigate the mind field of legal procedures required to have meaningful access to our courts, for most lay persons it is impossible as the result of the convolute rulings and procedures developed by these lawyers and judges. When a citizen does however learn to navigate this minefield, and begins winning his case the lawyer acting as judge uses their authority to deprive them of their rights. It is our intent to take legal action and proposed legislation, to guarantee that we the people have meaningful access to our courts without having to pay a lawyer large sums of money and that all court rules and laws are written in plain English. Protecting the Lawyers, who protect us: The few lawyers and judges who dare to protect our rights, or who expose government corruption and misconduct are related against so that they will not in the immediate case or future cases protect their client’s interest or expose corruption of the government or rich and powerful private originations and individuals we intend to take legal action to protect them from future harm and to encourage legislation to punish those who obstruct justice by this method. An urgent Mission: Our mission to restore our constitutional protections, our personal and national liberties which are of paramount importance and no other mission in this country can be more urgent. For if we lose our liberty then we lose all of the physical things value, and those invaluable spiritual freedoms as well. We owe it to our selves, our children and our nation to do every thing in our power to restore these rights and to protect our liberty.
